Celebrate an event or pay for upcoming events by using the Friends of South Park PayPal account!
The Friends of South Park, the county park has a great way of donating/sponsoring by logging on to PayPal using their website: www.southparkfriends.org! It’s easy, and all donations will go directly towards the beautification of Allegheny County’s South Park with approved county projects.
The Friends have just recently donated to the park the following: four metal park benches, bocce/horseshoe pits, 20 station fitness trail, two lighted fountains, and a solar light on Corrigan Drive.

How to use PayPal
- Go to the website - www.southparkfriends.org.
- Scroll down to where you see “Donate to the Friends.”
- Select your level of sponsorship: gold, silver bronze or general.
- Once you click the amount and click add it to cart, you will be sent to the PayPal payment screen. From here you can select quantity and if you want to pay with you existing PayPal account or a regular checkout.
- If you would like to create an account, you can. If not, please register as a guest.
- Once you register as a guest, you will have payment options (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, etc.)
- You can now add information about the specific event on the same page.
- After you hit pay, it will ask you if you want to create an account. You can do this if you want, but you can also proceed to pay without the creating of the account by clicking no thanks.
- You will then receive an order confirmation and on the left, it gives you the option to print a receipt.
