The Baldwin Historical Society is working on preserving local history for future generations.
Much of our local history is being lost. Oral histories from lifelong residents and local artifacts are being thrown away. If you have any items from the coal mines, local businesses, restaurants (menus, etc.), fire companies, school class pictures, clothing, handmade needlework, and photos (which can be copied and returned), please think of the Baldwin Historical Society.
