The Rostraver Township Historical Society will hold our annual Christmas dinner and December meeting on Thursday, December 8 at Hoss’s Steakhouse in Rostraver at 6:30 p.m.
Members and non-members are invited to join us to share dinner and listen to a presentation from Jim Greenwood, one of RTHS’s own. You all may know Jim from Sunday afternoons at the Old Concord School on the way to Cedar Creek Park in Rostraver. Jim will be discussing the significant impact on our area by frontiersman, trader, land speculator, and Indian agent George Croghan during the mid- 1700s.
