Bailey Worthing has been selected as the November Girl of the Month by the Charthene Club. Bailey is a senior honor student at Charleroi Area High School.

She serves as secretary for the Executive Committee and treasurer of the Drama Club. She is a member of the Physics Club; Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Club; Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America; Spanish Club; and Student Council. Bailey was awarded 1st place in the Modern Language Competition at California University.
Bailey participates in Relay for Life, Blood Drives, Peer Tutoring, and Charleroi Clean-Up Days. She also volunteers at Four Oaks Personal Care Home and has sung for the residences at Autumn Arbor Personal Care Home. She is employed at Pizza Hut.
Bailey is the daughter of Heidi Worthing. Her future plans at to attend Seton Hill in their five-year physician assistant program.
