On April 7, the Bentleyville Public Library had percussionist Jeff Berman from the Pittsburgh Cultural Arts perform at the library as part its Children's Program.

Berman enacted the children's story "Max Found Two Sticks," by J. Brian Pinkney. Children engaged in Berman's presentation by deciding what sounds their band would make and by determining how they could make those sounds. The children also played on Berman's drum to produce different sounds. The program was enjoyed by all participants.
