Free Family Movie Matinee – Saturday, Nov. 7 @ 1:30 p.m.
What could be better on a fall Saturday afternoon than a FREE NEW RELEASE family movie complete with bottomless popcorn and lemonade! Kids can bring their own pillow, sleeping bag, blanket or stuffed friend! Registration requested. Saturdays at 1:30 p.m.: November 7 (Elf: Buddy’s Musical Christmas – NR – 60 min.
Fall Family Fun Nights – Wednesday, Nov. 11 @ 6:30 p.m.
Each month we will host a special-themed night for the entire family to enjoy! Dress up is optional but recommended! Registration required. Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.: November 11 (Cowpoke Hoedown); December 9 (Pancakes and Pajamas)
Quick & Healthy Breakfasts – Tuesday, Nov. 17 @ 2 p.m.
Kathleen Frickanish from Arrowood Senior Living will share some great tips on how to make a healthy breakfast. You’ll be able to taste some samples too! Registration required.
Intro to Knitting and Crochet – Tuesday, Nov. 17 @ 6:30 p.m.
Class is free -- please bring supplies listed. Emily Klaczac will teach you the basics of knitting and crochet and how to make a warn cowl or scarf. Registration required. Supplies: 2 skeins of Lion Brand Thick and Quick yarn; Crochet: One hook size N/13; Knitting: One pair of needles size 13.
Paws for a Cause with Animal Friends – Saturday, Nov. 21 @ 11 a.m.
We welcome Animal Friends back to the library for our fall program lineup! Each month, children have the opportunity to meet at least one approved literacy animal, hear stories, read aloud to the visiting animal, and participate in a literacy activity. Readers of all ages and abilities are welcomed! Because all visits are done on a volunteer basis, we are asking all participants to bring along one item from the Animal Friends Supply Drive list which can be found on our website. Registration requested.
