In early June, Monongahela Valley Hospital is opening a public blood draw site in Monongahela to offer local residents greater convenience.
The site, which is located at 447 West Main Street, will be open for blood draws weekdays from 6:30 to 10:45 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
All blood draws will be performed by an MVH phlebotomist and processed in the hospital’s lab.
“While local residents can still come directly to the hospital’s outpatient lab for blood draws, the new site may provide easier access for some residents,” said Louis J. Panza, Jr., president and CEO of MVH. “Regardless of which lab people visit, they will receive the high level of professional care that they expect from MVH.”
