Health

St. Clair Hospital is sponsoring a free skin cancer screening from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, October 22 in Suite 200 of the St. Clair Hospital Outpatient Center – Village Square, 2000 Oxford Drive, Bethel Park.

Board-certified dermatologists David Horvath, M.D. and Brian Horvath, M.D., and Lisa Sullivan, PA-C of Horvath Dermatology Associates will be performing targeted screenings. These screenings of suspicious areas are by appointment only and space is limited.

The American Journal of Medicine states that only 16% of men and 13% of women over the age of 50, the group with the highest risk of developing melanoma, reported having a skin examination in the past year.

Pre-registration is required. Please register online at stclair.org/calendar. For questions, please call 412-942-5082 and leave a message.
