It’s nine months into 2016. How did your News Year’s resolution work to quit smoking?
If you tried to kick the habit and need a little more help or want to get a jump on 2017, the Primary Care Resource Center (PCRC) at Monongahela Valley Hospital is offering smoking cessation classes, which will be held October 6,13, 20, 25 and 27 as well as November 3 and 10. Each of the classes will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. in MVH’s Anthony M. Lombardi Education Conference Center. The classes are offered at no charge. Space is limited and registration is required prior to September 30. To register, call 724-258-1932.
