Located on Route 837 near the intersection with Route 88 in Fisher Heights, Carroll Township, Chywski’s office opened in December of 2011. He began his State Farm Career in 1975 when he opened his first office in Donora.
In addition to Max, the agency is currently staffed with two full time licensed insurance professionals, Patricia Anderson and Maria Brun, giving a combined insurance experience of over 85 years. Max credits his success to his dedicated and talented team but most of all to the thousands of clients with whom he has worked with over his career. The agency daily strives to provide the best possible service to its customers. The agency offers State Farm Insurance and State Farm Bank products. The full line of insurance includes Auto, Home, Life, and Business. The State Farm Bank includes deposit products, CD’s, and auto and boat loans. Free quotes and insurance reviews are offered.
The office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00. Evening and Saturday appointments are available upon request.
