Ringgold Middle School will host a band concert featuring the Greater Monongahela Area Community Band on Sunday, October 30 at 2 p.m. in the Ringgold Middle School Auditorium.

The annual concert is a tribute to veterans and first responders (fire fighters, police, paramedics, doctors, and nurses). Musical selections will include tributes to the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard.

The school (formerly Finley Middle School) is located at 6023 State Route 88 in Finleyville. The concert is free and open to the public.

The Greater Monongahela Area Community Band was started by Rev. William Lytle during his years as a student at Ringgold High School. The band has presented concerts since 2000. This will be the 15th year that the musicians have performed the Veterans and First Responders Tribute Concert.
