Washington County Community Foundation (WCCF) recently received a total of $81,500 in contributions from Northwest Savings Bank in support of local education programs, making the bank the single largest contributor to the Foundation's Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) programs in 2014.
