Volunteers and Groups Encouraged to Assist with Removal
The members of American Legion Post 28 and VFW Post 1190 in Monessen will begin to take down the flags from the cemeteries in Monessen on Saturday, November 17 starting at Grandview Cemetery at 8:30 AM.
