Mon Valley YMCA to Host ‘Harvest Dance’ on Oct. 20

The Mon Valley YMCA will be holding a ‘Harvest Dance’ on Friday, October 20 from 6:00PM – 10:00PM.

 

Enjoy "Oldies" music to do the Twist, Jitterbug/Swing, Cha Cha, Hustle, Salsa, Line Dance, West Coast Swing, Polka, Waltz, Latin dance, and more.  From 6:00PM – 7:00PM, Brian Lee, a DJ, Professional dancer and owner of Ballroom Connection Dance Studio, will be teaching Cha Cha, "Monster Mash" and River Waltz.  Then from 7:00PM – 10:00PM will be Open Dancing on a beautiful huge 6,600 sq. foot wooden floor.  There will be Doorprizes, a 50/50, Chinese Auction, and Free pizza and snacks. Please feel free to bring some goodies to share.

Cost is $10 for YMCA members; $12 non-members. Reservations are required, purchase in advance. Only 200 tickets available, call 724-483-8077.   Proceeds benefit the Mon Valley YMCA. www.monvalleyymca.org
