Three members of St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Bethel Park visited Trax Farms in mid-October on a big pumpkin hunt. The Trax Farms one-of-a-kind family business told parishioners that they were welcome to pick out two of the largest pumpkins on hand for the church’s annual fundraising raffle to benefit charity. The Monongahela Main Street Program wishes to thank the following for their assistance in the 2017 “Avenue of the Hanging Jack-O-Lanterns” project. Carved from 37 real pumpkins, they hung on the utility poles from City Hall to the Monongahela Area Library during the month of October.
