Eight-year-old Larnell Randolph of William Penn Elementary has been given the 1st place medal in wrestling. He is undefeated, earning an average of 9-0.

This is his second year wrestling; he was also ranked in first place last year. He wrestles in community events and competes in school competitions. His father, Tim Archer, is proud to be one of his coaches.
