The Ringgold Youth Athletic Association (RYAA) is a Little League baseball program serving the Ringgold School District.
RYAA supports boys and girls from the Shetland age division (4-6-year-olds) to the Colt age division (15-16-year-olds). In 2018, over 100 players participated, and we hope to see an even higher number of players this year!
RYAA will continue to participate in the Mon Valley League for the 2019 season. Communities RYAA plays include Bentworth, California, Charleroi, Donora, Forward Twp., Jefferson Twp., Monessen, Perry Twp., Smithton, and Washington Twp. The spring season runs from mid-April to the end of June. Home games are played at either Victory Hill Gun Club, Mounds Park, or at Harry Sickels fields.
If you are interested in playing, early registration dates are on Jan. 4 at Ringgold High School prior to the basketball game and also on Jan. 2 and Jan. 6 at the Valley Skating Center in Donora from 7:00 -9:00 PM. Registrations will also be held on Feb. 8, Feb. 12 and Feb. 22 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM and on Saturdays Feb. 9, Feb. 16, and Feb. 23 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Monongahela Elks Lodge (444 Jackson Street).
