On Sunday, August 20, 2017, players, parents, cheerleaders and coaches representing the Union-Finley Bears took part in the on-field pregame activities at Heinz Field prior the Steelers pre-season game versus the Atlanta Falcons.

The Union-Finley Bears were invited to take part in the “Terrible Towel Unfurl” along with a few other local youth teams.
The Union-Finley Bears have been a youth football/cheer organization in the Ringgold School District, for well over 30 years. The Bears practice and play home games behind Ringgold Middle School in Finleyville. You can follow the Bears on their Facebook page at “Union Finley Midget Football Association." Check out their schedule and come out and enjoy a game and support the kids, who play and cheer each week.
