The Clairton Area AARP Chapter #1612 will hold their May meeting on Wednesday, May 25 at Wilson Presbyterian church at 400 N. 4th Street, Clairton. New members are welcome. Donuts and coffee will be offered at 9:30 a.m.
After a brief meeting, entertainment will be provided by Yankee Doodle Dandies, the chapter's singing group. Lunch will be served following the entertainment at a fee of $3/members and $4/non-members. Please call Kathy at 412-854-0594 to make a reservation.
Yankee Doodle Dandies is looking for seniors who enjoy raising their voice in song. Persons interested in joining the group should contact Marjorie Fairchild at 724-872-1165 for further information.
Reservations are also being taken for the June luncheon at the South Hills Country Club on June 29. Entertainment is Bob Morelli, Pittsburgh’s own Dean Martin impersonator. You can make your reservation by calling Donna at 412-384-7894.
