The following information is for the Venetia Community Center located at 800 Venetia Rd., Venetia, PA. We are sponsored by the Area Agency on Aging.
On July 25, we had a wonderful music program. Our guest was a soloist studying music at Duquesne University, Carmen LoPresti. He is a young man with a great future. For the month of September, we will be welcoming the following:
September 12 - Rev. Richard Roberts, Pastor of Wrights UMC, will do a music program with guitar.
September 16 - Elizabeth Jefferies - a surprise program. Come and see what she has planned.
All are invited to come and enjoy the fellowship. All you need is a reservation by calling 724-941-6956.
As part of its fundraising efforts, the Venetia Heritage Society is sponsoring a Flea Market on Saturday, September 12 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Venetia Community Center. Vendors who wish to participate are welcome to purchase a table area for $10. The VHS will provide a table for an additional $10.
