The following information is for the Venetia Community Center located at 800 Venetia Rd., Venetia, PA. We are sponsored by the Area Agency on Aging.
We have 2 programs in May for your interest and enjoyment. On May 9, Master Gardner, Nancy Meyers, from Penn State University, will come to make us great gardeners. We will also have Sharon Hixenbaugh, RN, to do blood pressure screenings. We will then have a delicious lunch prepared at the Canonsburg Senior Center and brought to our center by our faithful volunteers. All are welcome.
On May 30, get your picnic clothes and appetites ready for our picnic at Peterswood Park, Shelter 4. Our picnic will be sponsored by the Caring Mission Home Care. Reservations are necessary by calling 724-941-6956.
Birthdays for May are John Cushey, Nora Hendrie, Esther Messonier, Charles Talban, and Angelo Vettori. Happy birthday to all!
Anniversary for May is Rose Marie and John Forbes. Happy anniversary to the Forbes!
