Discussion on Dementia Set for January 22 in Whitehall

Dementia Friends Pennsylvania will be hosting a one-hour discussion led by a Dementia Friends Champion, on January 22 at the Whitehall House.

 Attendees will learn what dementia is, what it’s like to live with the disease, and some tips for communicating with people living with dementia. Everyone who attends is asked to turn their new understanding of dementia into a practical action that can help someone living in your community. The action can be as big or small as you choose – every action counts! The Whitehall House is located at 4201 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh 15227 (behind John F.
