Seniors

St. David’s ‘Neighborhood Memory Café’ welcomes you, your loved one with dementia, and all who care for those who are living with Dementia.

We meet the first Saturday of the month to support one another, provide resources, and meet new friends who are experiencing the same journey.

During the educational series, your loved one will work with one of our volunteers, so you can freely talk about the challenges that you are facing.  We have teamed up with Kindrid Hospice to provide education and resources.

Patricia Tylka, Hospice Specialist, with Kindrid Hospice, will kick off our series on Saturday, August 3, from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.  She will present the topic.  Hospice 101.  Holistic Care / Meeting Both the Patient and the Family Needs.  Light refreshments will be provided.  We look forward to seeing you there.

St. David’s NMC, is located at 905 E. McMurray Road, Venetia, PA 15367. For additional information, please contact:  sue.schmidty@gmail.com
