The Peters Township Recreation Center, located at 700 Meredith Drive, Venetia, PA 15367 is offering the following upcoming programs and events for seniors. For additional information or questions, please call 724-942-5000.
Senior Luncheons
Picnics/luncheons are held on the second Wednesday of each month and include entertainment, an interesting speaker or interactive activity. This is a free event, but we ask that you bring a covered dish or dessert to share.
Days: March 13 – Musician John Sarkis (of the Skyliners!) *Wear green for St. Patrick’s Day!
Time: 12:00 noon to 2 p.m.

Senior Bus Trips
Ramblin’ Route 30 (Dine Around And Historical Tour)
Guided tour of the Flight 93 National Memorial for an in-depth experience honoring the passengers and crew aboard this fateful flight. On to dine around at the Coal Miners Café, and a stop at the Original Pie Shoppe. Step back in time with a docent-led tour at the historic Compass Inn. Finish your day with dessert at the Lincoln Highway Heritage Museum.
