Ringgold Elementary School North held its annual PTA-sponsored Science Fair on May 3, 2016, for the 5th grade and May 23, 2016, for grades 3 and 4.
Fifth Grade Winners |
The science fair was made mandatory for the 5th grade this year, but was optional for the 3rd and 4th graders. The 5th grade worked in teams of 3 or 4 students. The 3rd and 4th graders could work in groups of no more than 2 students. There were 29 team projects submitted by 5th grade and 31 individual/group projects submitted by 3th and 4th grade students. The judging was performed by Ringgold High School seniors Jason Beck, Chris D’Emidio, Allison Martin, and Chandler Trainer, who are all Advanced Placement biology and/or organic chemistry students. Special thanks also goes out to all of the RESN faculty and administrative staff that helped to make the science fairs such great successes. Everyone did an outstanding job!
