Practical Nursing Program Open House Slated at Western Area Career & Technology Center
The Western Area Career & Technology Center (WACTC) will be holding Open Houses on their Practical Nursing Program during the months of June and July. Anyone interested in a career in nursing is encouraged to attend. Next classes for the Practical Nursing program start in September 2016.
The WACTC Practical Nursing Program offers two program options, a 12 months Full-Time program or 24 months Part-Time program. WACTC also offers:
- Affordable Tuition
- Two Locations: Canonsburg and Charleroi
- Over 30 years’ experience in graduating excellent nurses
- Graduates earn college credits toward continuing education
There will be an Open House held at each of our locations. June 9th in Canonsburg and July 13th in Charleroi. More details on the Open House are as follows:
Thursday, June 9
4:00pm – 7:00pm
WACTC Canonsburg Campus – LPN Building
688 Western Avenue, Canonsburg, PA 15317
(LPN Building # 1 is located up the second driveway, just past the big digital sign, first building on the left.)
Wednesday, July 13
3:00pm – 6:00pm
MVCTC LPN Classroom – Charleroi, PA
5 Guttman Ave, Charleroi, PA 15022
At the Open House events, potential students will have the opportunity to:
• Tour the classroom and lab areas
• Meet with staff
• Ask questions
• Complete paperwork
• Refreshments will be served
• Discount on Admission Fee for those that attend!!
