The Edward V. Monaghan Charitable Youth Foundation, LLC recently donated educational and recreational supplies to the Rostraver Elementary Center.

The Foundation also made donations to Friendship Hill Elementary School, where Mr. Monaghan taught for many years, and the Monessen Elementary Center.
