Thomas Jefferson High School Students competed at the Duquesne University Academic Competition, hosted by Duquesne University’s Integrated Honors Society, on April 3, 2016.

TJHS students Courtney Rankin, Jonan Seeley, and Sean Tighe competed against ten local high schools in quiz-type questions in math, science, history, art, music and current events. The TJ team won over teams such as North Allegheny, North Hills, and Keystone Oaks, making it past the quarterfinal, semifinal and, ultimately, the final round of competition against Hampton to earn second place honors.
