Big thanks go out to William Penn Elementary School for raising over $1,300 for pets. Each class collected monetary donations, and pet items were collected, as well as supplies for local animal shelters and rescues.

William Penn Elementary Students raise money for pets |
Pet organizers Mrs. Hoover, Mrs. Traeger, Mrs. George, and Mrs. Ruschak helped students to raise both money and awareness for Responsible Pet Owner’s Month.
The list of shelters is: Gaydos-Behanna Kennel; Frankie's Friends Cat Rescue; White Oak Animal Safe Haven; In Care of Cats; Angel Ridge Animal Rescue; Washington Area Humane Society; Skye's Spirit Wildlife Rehab Center; and Hope for Paws in Los Angeles, CA.
