School News

The Students of the Month for the field of art from four area high schools were honored and received certificates at the November meeting of the Old Trails Professional Women's Club at King's Restaurant in Bentleyville.

 The students introduced their guests, showed examples of their art work, and told of their plans after graduation.

Taylor Green from Beth Center was with her mother, Denise Green and grandmother, Dorothy Cernicky. From Bentworth was Amanda Cole, accompanied by her parents, Joe and Kay Cole, and her sister. From California was Shelbe Lee Ferry, accompanied by her parents, Alan and Sandra Ferry, and her brother. Charleroi's student was Lyssa Current, who attended with her parents, Mark and Marla Current.
