The holidays just got a lot sweeter for area Meals on Wheels recipients! PHMS Family Consumer Science Teacher Mrs. McCauley and a few of her students donated their time and talents to bake cookies for LifeSpan’s “Sweet Holiday Wishes” cookie campaign.

The middle school baked 10 dozen chocolate chip cookies to help brighten the holidays for senior community members. LifeSpan, which provides much-needed resources and services for seniors, will distribute ½ dozen cookies to each senior with their Meals on Wheels delivery. Heartfelt thanks to Mrs. McCauley and her bakers.
