Mrs. Reddy is a friend of 1st grade teacher Mrs. Kristi Schweitzer. Mrs. Reddy has a passion for books and education, even starting a school in India, where she is originally from. Reddy wanted to help support the school’s literacy endeavors and is a strong supporter of education. Mrs. Pecora, elementary librarian, supplied Reddy with a list of books that could be used to supplement the reading and writing curriculum across all grades. The students and teacher are grateful for Mrs. Reddy’s generation donation. They have already begun to enjoy the books and novels.
