Religion

St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, 6th Street Monongahela, will begin its spring Bible study series on Friday, May 13 at 7 p.m. The topic of study will be: Jesus, the Bread of Life: the Holy Eucharist.

The series will include:
• May 13 - The Eucharist previewed in the Old Testament
• May 20 - The Eucharist previewed and explained in the New Testament
• May 27 - The Eucharist believed and practiced by the early Christians
• June 3- The Orthodox Divine Liturgy: Part 1
• June 10 - The Orthodox Divine Liturgy: Part 2
The sessions will be led by the pastor of St. Nicholas Church, Rev. Dr. Edward Pehanich, and all are welcome to attend
