Adult Education
Bible Study – Thursdays - 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. We are currently studying the book of Acts and learning about how the church started out with a small group of apostles and expanded across the Roman Empire.
Discipleship Group (Christianity 101) – Wednesdays - 6:30 p.m. Anyone who is interested in learning more about the Christian faith in a very open and inviting setting, please join us at St. David's on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the conference room (in the front door under the portico and on your left). This is an opportunity to learn more about following Jesus.
Holy Week Services
Palm Sunday – March 29th – 10 a.m. Join us as we welcome Jesus into Jerusalem with palms and worship. This will be a family service where the children will remain in the service and be invited up for a children's sermon in the Godly Play tradition, as well as up to the altar for the Eucharistic Prayer.
Maundy Thursday – April 2nd – 7 p.m. Each year we remember the Last Supper in a special way at our Maundy Thursday service. There will be an opportunity to have your feet washed and to wash the feet of another in the tradition that Jesus set forth in the Gospel of John. The service concludes with the stripping of the altar and in silence in preparation for Good Friday. There is an opportunity to sit vigil after the Maundy Thursday liturgy until 9 p.m.
Good Friday - April 3rd – 7 p.m. We will be joining the parish of Our Redeemer Lutheran for their ecumenical Good Friday service. Please join us at Our Redeemer at noon on Good Friday.
Easter Sunday – April 5th – 10 a.m. We will celebrate a joyous morning of resurrection and life on Easter. Please join us for a wonderful morning of prayer, singing and celebration in worship.
