GriefShare, led by Pastor Pat Sutton, meets Thursdays from 10 am to Noon or 7 to 9 pm. Find help for the grieving process through this Bible based support group. Class consists of DVD teaching followed by time for discussion and sharing. Registration is $15 and includes workbook.
Come, Let Us Give God Glory! a Hearts to Worship Women's Ministry Event will be held from 7-9 pm Friday, June 14. Testimonies, communion, banners and worship.
HOPE Cancer Recovery Group meets at 7 pm Monday, June 17 in the prayer room. Contagious hope & care for those diagnosed with cancer and their caregivers. Facilitated by Pastor Kay Stepp, cancer survivor.
Jeremiah 29:11 Employment Transition Group is a support group for those who are searching for jobs in a difficult economy. Come to network with others for prayer and encouragement from 7 to 8:30 pm Tuesday, June 18. Facilitators assist with resume writing, interview skills and job opportunities.
SonQuest Rainforest VBS June 17-21. Kids will follow Jesus on a life changing adventure through a jungle-like place filled with vibrant colors, crazy animals, wild weather and enormous bugs, plants & flowers! We'll have live music, Bible teaching, a climbing wall, bounce house, crafts, sports & more! Preschoolers (2-5 years) meet Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9 am to Noon; cost is $10. Elementary students (kindergarten through 5th grade) meet Monday through Friday from 9 am to Noon; cost is $15.
Wings of Eagles Motorcycle Ministry will meet and depart from the church at 8:45 am Saturday, June 22 and ride to Thunder in the Valley motorcycle rally in Johnstown, PA. For more information, call Tom at 412-716-6510 or Jim at 724-207-3313.
A Spaghetti Lunch Fine Arts Fundraiser will be held Sunday, June 23 after both the 9 am and 11 am services. A delicious spaghetti lunch will be prepared and served by our youth and their families. Cost is $8 or $25 for family of 4.
