Central Highlands Community United Methodist Church of Elizabeth Township will hold its annual Vacation Bible School June 17 -21 from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon. The VBS will be for children ages 5 through 5th grade. This year’s theme is “ROAR! – Life is Wild. God is Good!”
VBS is one week of 15 fun, faith-filled hours kids will love. Kids continue on adventures through seven stations in crews. Each station reinforces the daily Bible Point in a hands-on interactive way. The bible stories show kids the heart of Jesus. Sciency-fun gizmos instead of crafts engage the kids and help them learn hands on. They also will watch films about real kids living out their faith in really cool ways. Each day a tasty snack is served. The days begin and end with kid friendly, uplifting music and songs.
All participants must register in advance at www.chcumc.org. Registration is open June 1 -13. Cost is $10 per child.
