Officers of The First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association Senior Branch 88 recently presented a $1,000 check to Rev. Michael Crookston of The Epiphany of Our Lord Parish in Monessen.

The funds will be used toward the purchase of a marquise to be placed near the entrance of the church.
