Religion

As in accord to the organization’s title, “No Man Left Behind,” this Christian’s men’s group is primarily purposed to help men help each other.

Scripture tells us in Proverbs 27:17 that “as iron sharpens iron, so are we, as men of good faith, meant to sharpen one another.”

This is the primary goal of the organization, to help one another and to sharpen and develop each man’s gifts and talents in a worthier manner of serving God and our fellowman. That being said, our group does not want to overlook our wives, sisters and mothers! The Rostraver (Mon Valley) chapter of our group is setting aside the second Thursday of each month and extending an invitation for any women that would like to attend to do so. The first mixed group meeting of men and women will be on September 14.

The Mon Valley chapter of “No Man Left Behind” meets every Thursday evening at the Bible Chapel of Rostraver (formerly the Pricedale Union Church) located at 203 Johnson Ave. in Belle Vernon. The meetings are led by Pastor Eric Johnson and Pastor Ron Calabro, two men well known for their abilities to inspire others.

The meetings begin at 6 p.m. each Thursday. Ralph Stone, director of the Rostraver meetings, opens each session. For additional information, he may be reached by phone at 724-483-2132 or you may call the Bible Chapel at 724-929-9588. We look forward to the ladies joining us on September 14.
