Will Hebda of Eagle Scout Troop 99 of Elizabeth Township proposed a project to fix up the fire pit and surrounding benches outside of Freedom Hall at the Community Center so that people can rent them out. President Rhoderick asked how he planned on financing the project and Mr. Hebda responded through donations and fundraising. Chief Kerestes acknowledged that the trash is in a utility right of way and is under the utility lines and is a hazard. Bob Thomas asked about the property and the trash that is piled up at the door. Rhoderick stated that the magistrate process is not an easy one.
Chief Kerestes submitted his police reports and said they are a double report.
