Henry and Bertha DeVault of Elizabeth celebrated their 75th wedding anniversary on April 7th.

They were married on April 7, 1941 at Centenary Reformed United Church of Christ in Winchester, WV by Reverend Steven Flickings. Henry was born in Morgantown WV. He was a veteran of World War II and general foreman at the blast furnace for US Steel in Clairton. Bertha was born in Elizabeth and was a homemaker. Recently, they celebrated 75 years of their union on April 9 with their daughters, Carol (Paul) Hood and Nancy Medcalf, and their three grandsons, two great-grandsons and two great-great-grandchildren.
