His Eagle project was to organize a team and replace twenty unuseable horse shoe pits in Mingo Park. The horseshoe pits were thirty years old, sunken in, and overgrown with weeds. He and his team dug outthe old pits, replaced therotten frames and refilled them with clean gravel and dirt. This was accomplished over nine work sessions and planning activities totaling about 200 hours.
