Tyler Martin, a 9-year old from Carroll Township and a student at Ringgold South traveled to Tulsa Oklahoma recently to compete in USA BMX's Grand Nationals.

Tyler raced for 2 days in various BMX races including Motos, 8ths, Quarters, and Semi's. He performed well enough to earn a spot into the main event to compete against some of the fastest 9-year olds in the nation. Tyler ended up earning a 6th place finish, making his sponsors and parents extremely proud. He is the son of Amy Round and Ed Martin. Tyler’s home track is South Park BMX.
