YOGA - Beginners and Intermediate

Saturday mornings, 9:30 to 10:30
We continue to learn the basics and advantages of YOGA exercise. Bring a mat.
Tuition is $5 per session or $7 for both sessions in the same week.
Zumba Fitness
Mondays, Nov. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, Dec. 7
5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.
Tuition is $5 per session.
Cake Decorating 101 - Building Better Butter Cream Skills
November 5 and November 12
5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Tuition for this class with a Wilton method instructor is $25 plus approximately $45 for the Wilton Course I kit. Pre-registration is required.
Understanding Annuities
November 10 at 7 p.m.
A financial representative will share tools for retirement planning using the different types of annuities.
Borough of Jefferson Hills 13th Annual Holiday Celebration
November 30 - 6 to 8 p.m.
Event held throughout the Municipal Center, 925 Old Clairton Road
Free Photos with Santa; Mrs. Claus story time; Refreshments; Entertainment by Thomas Jefferson High School Orchestra; Kids Crafts; Holiday Toy Drive. Bring a toy to the holiday celebration or drop off donations to Municipal Center before Dec. 13. To apply for this assistance, pick up an application at Borough Police Department.

November 5th – “One World Many Stories”
Come to Story time as we travel to the land of Georgia. Since nuts are a popular food in Georgia, we will read stories about our furry friend the squirrel. (Craft and snack included)
November 12th – “STEM Together Time”
Have fun with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). Learn why cranberries float and how the farmers harvest them. A special seasonal craft is planned for this day.
November 19th – Thanksgiving Party
Hear some fun stories about Thanksgiving and do a craft to display on your Thanksgiving table. A yummy treat is planned for the party.
American Girl Doll Programs for K-5th Graders
The Jefferson Hills Public Library sponsors American Girl programs to welcome our four American Girl Dolls, Josephina, Molly, Samantha and Kit, into our library. The programs will take place at the library from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Any student planning to attend the event should register. You do not have to have an American Girl Doll to take part in these programs.
