ROSTRAVER PUBLIC LIBRARY
Mindful Chair Yoga for Adults and Seniors.
Thursdays, July 5 and July 19 from 10:30 am - 11:30 am. These skill building yoga classes are taught by a certified yoga instructor. They involve gentle chair-based stretches done with a meditative awareness called mindfulness that improves your well-being. This practice is accessible, convenient, and helpful for reducing stress.
You must have a library card to attend. The cost is $5 per class, and advanced payment is required in person or online through your account. For more information, call or stop in the library.
