Summer Stock: A Picnic Party with Chef Ryan - Thursday, August 3 @ 1 p.m.

Join us for an afternoon of hot eats and summer treats as we welcome Chef Ryan of Atria Senior Living for a talk and food demonstration of his favorite picnic-friendly recipes. He’ll use fresh and seasonal ingredients! Following the demonstration, we’ll help ourselves to the prepared dishes and ask any culinary questions we want. FREE - Registration required.

Star Party - Friday, August 4 @ 9 p.m.
Join us for a star party presented by the Amateur Astronomers Association of Pittsburgh (AAAP)! The party will begin at 9 p.m. in the library, followed by Star Gazing at Brennan Plaza. Bring binoculars if you have them. Many night sky objects can be seen through 10x50 binoculars. You just need to know where to look! Everyone is welcome to attend. FREE - Registration required.

Meet Me at the Fair! : An A Capella Picnic - Friday, August 11 @ 6 p.m.
Get ready to go back in time to the county fairs of yesteryear. Join us for an evening of finger foods, parlor games, raffle prizes, and perfect four-part harmony courtesy of local barbershop quartet, Sidekicks! Due at time of registration at the library: $7/person = dinner and show; $2/person = show only. Call the library with questions and ask for Brandon.
