The Giant Oaks Garden Club will be offering the following upcoming programs.    All programs are held at St. David’s Anglican Church meeting room, 905 E. September 5 - What's New at the Pittsburgh Botanic Gardens
Speaker Kitty Vogley of The Pittsburgh Botanic Garden will provide an explanation of our Region’s developing premier environmental resource and include a detailed slide presentation indicating the progress of the gardens.
 
October 3 - What To Do With Those Bulbs?
The popular KDKA co-host/producer of “The Organic Gardener” radio show, Doug Oster, will share valuable knowledge and tips relating to gardening with bulbs. His talk will encompass such items as soil preparation, planting depth, location and winter storage. Get the answer to your bulb problems via this program.
