Westminster Recreation and Outreach Program (WROC), offers a variety of fitness classes that range from beginner to advanced. Classes are held in our full-sized gym or our fitness room. We offer quality instructors, low fees, flexibility, and child care for select classes.

Aerobics and Strength Training - This high energy aerobics class also includes strength training.Cardio Strength Fusion A.M. (55+ Friendly) - Incorporates a fusion of exercise styles with focus on both aerobic and strength elements... Strength training with weights, yoga and/or Pilates will be incorporated into the exercise.Cardio Strength Fusion - P.M. (Higher Intensity) – Same format as the A.M. class just more intense.Core Strength - On the Ball - Increase your core strength, balance, and overall muscle tone using a stability ball, sand ball, resistance tubing, and light weights. If you're looking to change it up, this unique work out is for you.Ballet Barre Total Balance - This workout fuses dance, Pilates, and yoga to tone and define the entire body.Flow Yoga - Build balance and strength using a smooth flow format.Off the Couch and Into Shape - Designed for people who are not regular exercisers. This class will gently and safely introduce you to low-impact aerobics and strength training with light weights.Zumba - Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries.Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (55+ Friendly) - The program features gentle, joint-safe movements and can be adopted for various fitness levels.Tai Chi (55+ Friendly) - This ancient Sun Style form is performed in a wavelike rhythm that brings harmony to breath and gentle movement. It is safe and soothing for fatigued muscles or arthritic joints.
