Monongahela Valley Hospital (MVH), along with Mon-Vale Primary Care Practices, welcomes Michael E. Wald, M.D., to the Mon Valley region.
Dr. Wald has held medical staff positions at several Pittsburgh hospitals, including UPMC Shadyside, UPMC St. Margaret, West Penn Hospital, Allegheny General Hospital and UPMC Montefiore before returning to Western Pa from The Villages Health Care Center in The Villages, FL.
Dr. Wald is a former Lieutenant Commander in the United States Naval Reserve where he served as an attending physician; and, is a former clinical professor at both the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and Allegheny General Hospital.
Dr. Wald will see patients at the primary care office of MVH’s Outpatient Center—California on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays beginning Nov. 19. To schedule an appointment with Dr. Wald, call 724-379-6850.
