Mon-Vale Primary Care Practices, with Monongahela Valley Hospital, hosted an open house and farewell on Wednesday, May 30, for John Eisley, D.O. at his office in Monongahela.

“It’s been a great 35 years, but I’m ready to hang up my stethoscope,” said Dr. Eisley. “I would like to welcome Dr. Faisal Javaid when he joins the practice in August.”
Visitors to the open house toured the facilities, enjoyed refreshments, and said farewell to Dr. Eisley.
