Monongahela Valley Hospital (MVH) will host a lung cancer screening educational program in the Anthony M. Lombardi Education Conference Center on Wednesday, March 1, at 6 p.m.
Current and former smokers, who are most at risk for lung cancer, are encouraged to participate in the free community event to learn about the importance of early detection, the recent advancements in treatment and why screening is so important, even for those not exhibiting typical symptoms.
